• If you are unsure which image will work best, send through additional photos to info@bakxdesign.nl with your order number and we will send them all to your artist who will chose the best one.

How does it work?

Step 1: Capture The Perfect Photo

Choose your favorite photo from your camera roll and send it across. If you’re unsure which photo suits the best, send a few and we’ll pick the one that will produce the best result for you!

Step 2: Make It Personal

Let our design team know if you’d like to add a name or any other personalization to your design. If you love a particular feature you pet has, let us know in the order notes. Make sure to upload your picture in the checkout section!

Step 3: Review Your Illustration

You piece will be checked by three separate members of the team to ensure your artist has created a piece you will love. Our review process is strict and we only move to production when it has passed all of our internal checks.

Step 4: Knock Knock!

Your finished piece will be delivered to your doorstep and a member of our team will be in-touch to ensure you’re happy!

We want you to receive the high-quality artwork we are known for. Here are a few tips to ensure your piece turns out great!

• Choose a photo where you pet is facing the camera.
• Good lighting will improve the sketch.
• Please ensure you photo is not blurry as this will affect our ability to draw.
